Maitri Diwali Kids Camp (age 8-12 years)
Dates : 10th-12th Nov, 2018
We are delighted to bring to you our annual Diwali Kids Camp at Maitri. This time we have a newly furnished guest house to host the young adventure lovers for a two day Nature treat.
We will have an activity filled agenda covering the following and more!!!
- Stargazing at night with explanations of the various constellations
- Forest Trail walking around Maitri
- Pitching your own tents in the farm
- Beach visit to Diveagar
- Farming activities - sowing / weeding / irrigation
- Campfire and barbecue experience in the evening
- Learning session and practicals on eco-friendly lifestyle
- Feeding and grooming animals - Cows, Dogs, Ducks, Hens, Cats
We will also teach the kids to be independent with tasks like make your own bed, dressing, helping in the kitchen etc
Location: Maitri Farms, Village Chandore, District Raigad
Accommodation: We will provide the children tents to stay in at night and there are well furnished toilets and bathrooms for their hygiene needs
Food: The camp participants will be given healthy vegetarian food and snacks throughout their stay.

Charges: The fees shall be Rs. 3,000/- per child excluding travel.
Travel from Vanaz, Pune to Mangoan by A/C public transport and by private vehicle from Mangaon to Maitri Farms (and return) shall be extra at Rs. 1200/- per head.
